We have a full set of backing tracks for Songs For A New World available to use (including all incidental music) from the expanded Encores! Orchestration. Jason Robert Brown’s first major work is a song cycle that contains some of the most incredible songs to show off your theatre company’s finest voices. And due to it being a song cycle, the cast size can be anywhere from 4 – 400! However, the incredibly complex band parts can make it prohibitive, so we have a solution!
Not only do you get high quality recordings, we also tailor each backing track for you. You specify:
- Tempos
- Cuts
- Vamps
- Key Changes (as long as they don’t require substantial rewriting)
- Stems (If mixing live)
And we will work with you through rehearsals until you are happy we have got it perfect for your production. For a small additional fee we also provide a conductor cam video for every track so that your actors have someone conducting them through all vamps and ensemble passages!
